Three studies of the supernatural.

Documentary on ghosts

The Press, 10 February 1975

Seen any ghosts lately? That was the question producer Terry Bryan was asking when he set about making “Haunted” last year.

And in the three cases studied, the answer was in the affirmative.

New Zealand would seem to be too young a country to have ghosts, according to; popular theory, but do ghosts really require a great deal of time in which to mature and manifest themselves?

The answer just may be found in this programme.

According to Terry Bryan, all the people he interviewed in connection with the programme were completely, sincere and genuine and his intention is a serious-minded investigation of some quite uncanny happenings.

It will be of interest to viewers, and especially those with a leaning towards amateur theatricals, that one of the cases: studied in “Haunted” involves the Repertory Theatre.
