This show premiered on Māori Television in August 2006. The show was developed by performance artist Mika.
The show included 24 large-scale song and dance numbers, with stars from Tina Cross and Jackie Clarke to Nesian Mystik, and icons such as Georgina Beyer. Over 250 costumes were created by Pollyfilla (Colin McLean).
